OUR PURPOSE
The New Zealand AIDS Foundation works with individuals and communities to prevent the transmission of HIV and to support people with HIV and AIDS. The AIDS Foundation is a registered charitable trust.
WHAT WE DO
We provide counselling and support services for people living with HIV/AIDS and their significant others from centres in Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington and Christchurch. We also provide free confidential rapid testing for HIV.
We also carry out a national programme of community education for men who have sex with men, and we conduct social research.

Information about HIV/AIDS can be obtained through the nationwide toll free 24 hour Hotline 0800 802 437 (for Auckland callers 09-359 0099) and through the library at 31-35 Hargreaves St, Ponsonby, Auckland (phone 09-303 3124).
