Child Health Research Foundation
OUR FOUNDATION
Through the funding of research, the Child Health Research Foundation aims to relieve the suffering children and their families by the early detection and prevention of disorders and diseases, thereby ultimately creating an environment in which children are no longer the victims of ill health. The non-government funded Foundation was formed in 1971. Under the auspices of the Foundation are:
- The Cot Death Association
- The Cystic Fibrosis Association
- Perinatal Medicine
OUR AIMS
The Foundation works in a number of ways to reduce mortality and suffering of children. It offers funding support for :
- Medical and scientific research
- Professional education
- Public education
YOU CAN HELP
Every donation helps and every donation flows through to supporting the above. Your donation, therefore, will help bring relief from suffering to thousands of New Zealand's children and because we share our results internationally, the opportunity to affect the lives of children worldwide.
