  • www.blueboard.anu.edu.au - Online support group for people affected by depression, bipolar disorder and anxiety disorders. A moderated bulletin board with strict protocols to enhance safety. Participation is free and anonymous.
  • www.moodgym.anu.edu.au - Interactive program that teaches cognitive-behaviour therapy skills for preventing and coping with depression. Participation is free and anonymous.
  • www.ecouch.anu.edu.au - Interactive self-help program includes modules for social anxiety, generalised anxiety and depression. Participation is free and anonymous.  Modules for panic disorder, bereavement and relationship breakdown to be added during 2010.
  • www.beacon.anu.edu.au - Provides information about global online self-help resources for mental health. Websites are reviewed and ranked by a panel of health experts.

New Zealand Medicines and Medical Devices Safety Authority (Medsafe):

Consumer Medicines Information (CMI) - is useful information about your medicine: eg, what the medicine is used for, how it should be taken, what side effects can occur, whether you can drive or drink alcohol while taking the medicine, and what to do if you miss a dose. Always ask your doctor or pharmacist if you have any questions or concerns about your medicine.
