Allergy-induced asthma more common in wealthier countries
Where you live may affect the type of asthma you develop, research suggests. A study has found youngsters in affluent, developed countries had more allergy-triggered asthma symptoms than children in poorer countries.

The New Zealand Ministry for Primary Industries runs the foodsmart website www.foodsmart.govt.nz for consumers - with information on food allergy and intolerances.

Consumer Medicines Information (CMI) - is useful information about your medicine: eg, what the medicine is used for, how it should be taken, what side effects can occur, whether you can drive or drink alcohol while taking the medicine, and what to do if you miss a dose. Always ask your doctor or pharmacist if you have any questions or concerns about your medicine.
